All units are loaded with deluxe upgrades and features and are always current year models.
All motor homes come fully equipped with quality kitchen ware, bedding and towels, Sirius Satellite Radio, DVD players, back up cameras, electric steps, generators and air conditioner, microwave/convection ovens, 24 hours roadside service and much more.
All renters must provide their own insurance and do so by:
1. Provide an insurance binder through their personal carrier. At the time of reservation, an Insurance Binder Request form is provided to the renter. This form is presented to your personal carrier to generate the insurance binder.

Our travel trailers are quality Flagstaff, Starcraft & Balboa models. They are all light weight units for maximum fuel economy and ease of towing. All units are loaded with features and always current year models.
Housekeeping kits (bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, etc.) are available for a nominal fee.
Trailer Hitch, towing, brake systems and electrical connector requirements are available on our website or call for detailed requirements.
All renters must provide current liability coverage on your tow vehicle. Renter’s name must match the name on the tow vehicle insurance card.
We require all tow vehicles to be inspected prior to rental. Vehicles must be completely ready to tow on the day of pick up. Classic Adventures RV Rentals cannot supply any equipment or do any additions or repairs on the day of pickup.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL RENTALS:
Renter must be at least 25 years of age, have a clean driving record and good credit. All drivers must be listed on the rental contract and be present at pick up with their driver’s license.
A $250 down payment (all of which is applied to final rental charges) is required when you submit your Rental Application. All rentals require a minimum $500 security/damage deposit and an additional $250 damage deposit for those who wish to use the awnings - deposits are fully refundable after complete check-in.
Refunds are returned by mail within 10 working days.
Upon return, the following is included in the rental fee:
Refilling LPG tank, Normal exterior wash, Dumping and sanitizing holding tanks.
Units must be returned clean inside (other than bedding and towels which are professionally cleaned after each rental). Any additional cleaning will be charged at $59 per hour. Motor homes must be returned full of gasoline or diesel.
All units are NON-SMOKING/NO PETS. Smoke or pet residue are considered damage and will result in loss of damage deposit or more.
Cancellation fee: If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, the entire $250 deposit is refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of departure date then no refund can be granted.
All rentals are subject to Nevada sales tax at the rate of 7.375% for Washoe County.
