Burning Man Rates
 
All units are current year Winnebago Motor homes in excellent condition.
Complete house keeping kits -
linens, towels, pillows, cookware, dishes, silverware etc. included in rates.
All units have Sirius Satellite Radio, CD Player, Color TV and DVD player.

*We will try to accommodate your first choice of floorplan in each class, but cannot guarantee it.
**1 week minimum rental
All rates include 100 free miles per night - (700 miles included for week).
1st 2000 extra miles @ .29 per mile. Next 1000 miles @ .66 per mile
Any additional miles after free and next 3000 @ .96 per mile.
Generator usage: 5 hours per day of Generator use are included in the rate.
Extra hours are billed at $5 per hour.

One half of the total rental fee is due at booking. This is non-refundable.
The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to the departure.
Reservations not prepaid 30 days in advance will be cancelled with no refund.

This rate includes normal cleaning charges. Anything other than "normal" cleaning will be charged at our SHOP RATE. We realize that units will be dusty and that is expected, however please remove all belongings and garbage etc.
Smoking or pet hair is not included and will be considered damage.

All Burning Man rentals require a $1000 Security/Damage Deposit. All other Terms and Conditions apply.

Additional Information – Conditions – Restrictions

Renter must be at least 25 years of age, have a clean driving record and good credit. All drivers must be listed on rental contract and be present at pick up with their driver's license.

All rentals are subject to Nevada sales tax at the rate of 7.375% for Washoe County .

Please return your RV like you received it. Before returning customer is expected to fill gas tank, empty holding tanks, and fill LPG tanks. We will wash the exterior of the RV. If customer is unable to do any of the above we will be happy to do it at Shop Rates - $50 to dump & sanitize the holding tanks.
$50 labor fee + cost of propane to refill LPG tanks.

Motor homes must be returned clean inside (other than bedding and towels which are professionally cleaned after each rental.) Any additional cleaning will be charged at SHOP RATE.

Motor homes must be returned full of gas or renter will pay $7.50 per gallon to fill.

All motor homes are NON-SMOKING/NO PETS.
Smoke or pet residue are considered damage and will result in loss of damage deposit or more.
